How delegate
rotations work
Delegates move in six groups. Each trade day is split into four sessions, and every booth hosts one scheduled group visit within its allocated session. Sessions 1 to 3 run six rotation slots; Session 4 runs seven slots with one free slot so each group still makes six visits. Your own sequence appears with your allocation above.

- Session 210:10am to 12:10pm
- Session 312:45pm to 2:45pm
- Session 42:55pm to 5:15pm

Brand your booth
Booth branding can be arranged through DNA or produced yourself. Please refer to the booth specifications document below for artwork sizing and requirements. You will be sent a unique link to request branding via DNA.

If your company is missing, your details look wrong, or your booth requirements have changed, contact the conference team through the contact page. Please include your company name and trade day.
- Can I swap booths or trade days?
- Allocations are set by the conference team. Send a request through the contact page and we will confirm in writing before anything changes.
- Is the floorplan final?
- The layout is the current working plan and remains subject to venue approval before the final version is issued.
